Is My Donation Tax Deductible?

Yes, BACa Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Our EIN # is 47-4968195. Our official tax exempt certificate is available for review. Please contact us at bacafoundation@gmail.com. Many businesses who donate request a W-9 for their records. Please contact us at bacafoundation@gmail.com and we would be happy to accommodate you. If you would like to make a donation, please click “Donate” and make a contribution. If you would like a formal receipt, please contact us at bacafoundation@gmail.com and one will be sent to you as soon as possible.


How Are Potential Recipients Determined?

After a formal application has been received through email, our board of director’s review the information provided including, the financial need of the person being nominated and then makes a formal vote to offer assistance. BACa Foundation does its due diligence determining the best way to provide assistance and/or support. We always look for unique opportunities to get the general softball community involved in supporting a player in need. It is not a requirement that a nominee or nominator know a member of BACa Foundation. All potential applicants are encouraged to apply.
